When I think of Terry I instantly think of her big smile. I'm sure I'm not alone in that thought. She was such a sweet person. Always cheerful no matter what she was dealing with. She was definitely a very special person who would light up a room. I'm sure heaven is even brighter now that she is there.

My heart goes out to Rick And Brit. I truly loved Terry's infectuous smile. I will miss her her greatly. i know that's she is looking down on everyone telling us all she is in a better place and that she loves her family and friends greatly. We have had some good times.May Gods hand rest upon her.

I first met Terry when I came to work at the Princeton Medical Group in 2002. For the next 8 years we worked almost side by side. She was my co worker, but also became my friend. She was someone who gave her opinion, but also someone who listened, at least to me. Having said that, it wasn't always the case. I was the "nag" of our little group at PMG. I cared so much about Terry especially knowing all the health issues that she always had to deal with. I tried for 8 years to get her to sit on a stool at her desk without success. Now, I stood at my desk as well, but I didn't have the health problems she did. My last day at PMG was 12/31/10 and Terry was the last person I spoke to. We walked out to our cars together. After I moved to Marco Island, Florida she actually sent me hand written letters, as she was a bit computer phobic. On December 13th 2012 I got an a rare email from Terry. She wished me a Happy New Year and told me about her upcoming surgery. She also told me that she had finally taken my advise and had been sitting on the stool at work!!!! I can't yet believe she is gone. I miss her terribly. She suffered so much in life, at least she isn't suffering anymore.

Terry and I laughed about many things, including our husbands (who brought us together). I will miss her very much. Terry always smiled and used humor to get through many difficulties. I called her the Everready Bunny. I've never met someone so open and accepting of others. Although Terry had her opinions, she always accepted people for who they were and loved them just as they were....what a beautiful lesson she taught me. I don't know who else will offer to take care of my husband lol. When someone leaves this world, sometimes they are like a hand that was placed in a bucket of water - and when pulled out, just a small amount of water is gone. But with Terry, she touched so many and her joy so freely given, leaving this world will leave our buckets half full. By the grace of God, he brought Terry into my life, and by the grace of God I pray he will fill my bucket. I believe in heaven, and Terry is healthy happy and a joyous angel in heaven now smiling on us all. I love you, Terry.

I couldn't have felt closer to my sister-in-law, Terry, if she were blood. Being in our family for over 30 years... She was strong, caring, and compassionate. Terry played many roles to many people. She will be sorely missed. Thank you for giving us all the gift of Terry Emens - Love, Chris
